Job summary

PT HDC LED INDONESIA is seeking a Sales Executive in Jakarta Utara to manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities in LED display, AV, or IT sectors.

The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, and delivering compelling product presentations to close deals. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years sales experience in LED display, AV, or IT fields.
• B2B or project-based sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-focused with good relationship management.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Good organizational and reporting skills (CRM, pipeline).
• Must have own transport (Motorcycle or car).
• Able to communicate in English/Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia.
