Job summary

PT Omoway Technology Indonesia seeks an Aftersales Supervisor to lead and monitor the East Java team, ensuring high service quality and effective coordination with internal and external partners.

The role requires 2–3 years in Aftersales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position, and a strong understanding of vehicle repair and aftersales processes. Field visits across East Java and Mandarin proficiency are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Aftersales / Automotive Service.
• 1 year of experience as Aftersales Supervisor / Service Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor or similar.
• Experience in automotive aftersales, workshop operations, or vehicle service is preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and aftersales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and monitor the Aftersales team in East Java.
• Monitor service quality, technical issues, repair progress, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with MDs, Technical Support, Customer Care, Sparepart, and Warranty teams to resolve issues.
• Act as communication bridge between OMOWAY Indonesia, MDs, and the China aftersales team.
• Prepare regular aftersales performance reports for management.
