Job summary

PT Omoway Technology Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader for Jabodetabek and West Java. You will lead a sales force, drive monthly and annual targets, and coordinate with marketing and aftersales to grow business in automotive sectors.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales, 1 year in leadership, and a proven track record of meeting targets. Willingness to travel within Jabodetabek & Jawa Barat and a valid SIM A/C with own vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales, automotive preferred.
• 1 year in leadership roles (team lead/supervisor).
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to travel frequently in Jabodetabek & Jawa Barat.
• Valid SIM A/C and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team to meet targets.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Aftersales.
• Prepare sales reports for management.
• Visit customers and dealers in territory.
