Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a senior FP&A leader in Indonesia to govern planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial data consolidation across the company’s Indonesian operations.

The role requires hands-on expertise in financial modeling, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams. Strong leadership is essential, with guidance to mid-level FP&A staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting experience.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, manufacturing, or high-volume consumer businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate data across units into accurate management reports and MD&A.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and executive dashboards.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team ( Supervisor + 2 staff).
• Coordinate with regional/global units and HQ for reporting and governance.
