Job summary

Indonesia Premium Goods (IPG) seeks an E-Commerce Warehouse Checker to oversee inventory accuracy across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and warehouse operations. You will handle stock reconciliation, stock opname, SKU monitoring, and adjustments to ensure availability for timely order fulfillment.

Office location in North Jakarta; advanced Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF/IFS, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH, and Pivot Tables. Experience with WMS/ERP and Seller Centers is essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum SMK/SMA qualification or equivalent in related field.
Proven experience as Checker, Stokiest, Inventory Controller or similar in e-commerce.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee Seller Center.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and warehouse operations.
Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock, system stock, and marketplace inventory.
Conduct stock opname and SKU-level inventory analysis to identify discrepancies and trends.
Monitor stock availability, fast-moving SKUs, and coordinate timely replenishment.
Ensure accurate recording and updating of stock movements across WMS, ERP, and marketplace Seller Centers.
