Job summary

TP Indonesia is seeking a Team Leader for our E-Commerce Client in Bali. You will lead the customer service team, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure top-notch service for a global e-commerce client. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, English fluency at C1, and previous team-lead experience.

You must be willing to work in shifts and be on-site in Bali. This is a hands-on leadership position focusing on coaching, escalation management, and maintaining high quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in any field.
• Fluent in English at C1 level or higher.
• Previous team-lead experience.
• Familiar with e-commerce industry.
• Willing to work in shifts and on-site in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer service team and coordinate daily operations.
• Monitor and analyze team performance against service quality targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly with customers.
• Ensure the team meets operational targets and client SLAs for a global e-commerce client.
