Job summary

PT RECTA VIA HOMINIS in Jakarta is seeking a Customer Service & Fulfillment Staff who is communicative, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-moving environment. You will manage customer chats on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp, and help resolve order issues.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service in e-commerce or retail, are patient, and comfortable handling high volumes while maintaining polite language; West Jakarta residence preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with high chat volumes and fast responses.
• Familiar with marketplace platforms Shopee, Tokopedia and TikTok Shop.
• Patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle complaints calmly.
• Resides in West Jakarta area or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer chats and complaints on marketplaces and WhatsApp quickly and professionally
• Resolve order issues: delays, returns, refunds, incorrect products
• Assist with packing and goods inspection in the warehouse when needed
• Ensure store rating and customer satisfaction are maintained
• Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce teams for fulfillment smoothness
