Job summary

The Parentinc in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an eCommerce Senior Associate to join theAsianparent. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH) requires independence and collaboration with our Singapore team.

The role focuses on end-to-end operations for Shopee and supports campaigns on TikTok Shop and Kris Shop, driving GMV growth while maintaining listing accuracy and stock health. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in eCommerce, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in eCommerce, specifically with hands-on experience operating online marketplaces Shopee SG.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Proficient in English; mandarin is advantageous.
• High attention to detail for managing product listings and monitoring marketplace compliance.
• Comfortable working independently, high ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage Motherswork’s operations on marketplaces, ensuring product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
• Optimize On-Platform Ads Spend with allocated budget to achieve GMV growth and ROAS.
• Ensure marketplace price competitiveness and alignment with internal pricing.
• Regularly update stock, prevent OOS, and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve penalties efficiently.
• Execute promotions for campaigns and coordinate with platform dates.
• Monitor and optimize On-Platform Ads during peak sales periods for traffic and conversion.
• Leverage platform data to analyze metrics and drive monthly GMV targets.
• Coordinate with Buying and Logistics teams to maintain stock levels and timely order fulfillment to Singapore customers.
