Job summary

Intrepid Asia is a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider in Southeast Asia, delivering end-to-end omni-channel ecommerce management and marketing services for international brands. The Performance Marketing Executive will own relationships with Brand partners and execute campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Google Shopping, and social channels.

We seek a candidate with 1–2 years digital marketing experience, strong analytics, and English fluency, ready to thrive in a fast-paced start-up

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
1–2 years in digital marketing/e-commerce marketing or similar.
Extensive knowledge of Google Ads or e-commerce marketplace search ads.
Experience with Facebook and TikTok Ads is a plus.
Experience in media planning, budgets, optimization, and negotiations.
Strong tracking knowledge (GA, GA4, GTM, Pixel, UTMs).
Familiar with measurement platforms like Google Analytics/Marketing Platform.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up/e-commerce environment.
Fluent in English; certification in Meta/Google Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, Google Shopping, and social media.
Develop marketing plans with clients and KPIs; provide ongoing reporting.
Manage revenue delivery and budgets with daily optimization and real-time targeting.
Create A/B testing frameworks and implementations for growth.
Manage analytics and share performance insights with clients.
