You will plan campaigns, manage budgets, run A/B tests, analyze results, and report on performance, audience insights, and trends to optimize future initiatives.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in Digital Marketing or related role.
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, reach, engagement.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize leads, conversions, and sales.
• Manage campaign budgets and allocate spending based on campaign performance and business priorities.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize creatives, copy, and audience segments.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide insights for future planning.
• Keep track of market trends and Meta Ads updates to improve campaign effectiveness.
