Job summary

PT Decathlon Retail Indonesia is seeking an E-commerce Dispatch Planner to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time for digital and store channels. You will build local availability tactics, forecast and adjust plans weekly with cross-functional teams, and optimize replenishment across warehouse clusters.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain or ecommerce operations, a Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred), and strong data analytics with SAP/SAC/Tableau experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering background preferred.
• 2+ years in Supply Chain, e-commerce ops, retail or logistics leadership.
• Strong data and system affinity with key tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proactive problem solving.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive local availability tactics for ecommerce and retail channels.
• Forecast local demand and adjust weekly with stakeholders.
• Optimize replenishment and stock across fulfillment locations.
• Manage exceptions during peak periods and ecommerce transitions.
