Job summary

PT Trijaya Makmur Metalindo in Indonesia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end e-commerce activities, coordinating marketplace operations, admin, stock, orders, promotions and customer service across platforms.

You will monitor listings, prices, stock levels and sales performance, and drive campaigns on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia and other marketplaces to boost sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Operations
• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, quick, detail-oriented, and high initiative
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and coordinate teams
• Understand platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other marketplaces
• Able to read and analyse sales data, stock, and campaign performance
• Creative and able to provide new ideas, not just wait for instructions
• Desire to work and develop long-term with the company

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee entire e-commerce operations from beginning to end
• Coordinate daily marketplace, admin, stock, order, promotion, and customer service activities
• Monitor products/listings, prices, stock availability, and sales performance
• Arrange and monitor advertisements and promotional activities
• Coordinate and oversee e-commerce admin team work
• Identify operational issues and find quick and effective solutions
• Provide new ideas and strategies to increase sales, store performance, and work efficiency
• Monitor marketplace trends and competitors and provide new ideas or initiatives
• Create and monitor sales and operational reports
