Job summary

Geulis.Id is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to drive online revenue across our retail platforms. You will develop and implement strategies, manage key fashion accounts, and lead a small team to hit monthly targets.

You will oversee website operations, analyze sales data, optimize conversion, and coordinate digital marketing with a focus on SEO/SEM. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience as an E-Commerce Specialist in Retail Industry (Fashion is preferred).
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement e-commerce strategies to drive revenue and growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
• Planning monthly targets for each marketplace and brand, and supervising the team to achieve the target.
• Oversee daily operations of the company's website and online platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business strategies and compile performance reports.
• Monitor web analytics, analyze KPIs and metrics to identify trends, generate sales growth, and maximize conversion.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
