Job summary

BIOTA Smart Home in Jakarta is seeking a Digital Ads & E-commerce professional to manage and optimize our online stores across Shopee and TikTok Shop, drive sales growth, and enhance the customer experience.

You will plan and execute promotional campaigns, monitor listings, pricing and inventory accuracy, and use analytics to improve performance. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in ads and e-commerce, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Ads & E-commerce, preferably in Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle, Beauty, or Retail.
• Strong knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop and marketplace operations.
• Experience managing promotional campaigns and marketplace ads is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiar with marketplace analytics dashboards and reporting.
• Strong understanding of online customer behavior and sales funnels.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work 100% from the office (WFO).
