Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to work fully on-site, Monday to Friday in Tangerang.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, E-commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Proven ability to set up, manage, and optimize Marketplace Ads independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, traffic, conversion rates, and store performance.
• Plan and manage marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, discounts, and pricing strategies.
• Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize Marketplace Ads and other relevant paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze advertising performance and optimize ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and budgets.
• Monitor sales performance, campaign results, and advertising expenditure to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and visibility.
• Conduct A/B testing and data-driven improvements to campaigns and marketplace performance.
• Prepare regular sales and advertising performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams to support sales growth and brand objectives.
