NEWLAB+ is a fast-growing FMCG company in Indonesia specializing in beauty, health, and wellness. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive high-converting e-commerce campaigns across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google Ads.

You will collaborate with our creative team, analyze performance data, run A/B tests, optimize budgets, and push for revenue growth while working on-site in Kedoya, Jakarta Barat.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in performance marketing or related field.
• Proven success in managing and optimizing Google Ads and E‑Commerce Ads (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta).
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with experience in A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid digital ads across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with Creative Team to develop engaging content and optimize messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
