PT Lock & Lock Indonesia is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant Manager to drive online sales growth across major marketplaces and the company’s D2C website, focusing on profitability and marketplace optimization.

You will manage daily operations on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other channels; monitor performance, campaigns, pricing, and ROI; coordinate with internal teams and marketplace managers; and prepare reports to support business decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Hands-on experience managing major marketplaces, particularly Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of sales performance, digital advertising, promotional planning, and profitability.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced in using marketplace dashboards and data analytics tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Support the E-Commerce Manager in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth across marketplaces and the company's D2C website.
• Manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, and other online sales channels.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, advertising ROI, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and online advertising to maximize sales and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and P&L analysis to support business decisions and improve channel profitability.
