Job summary

PT Brighty Global Sinergi is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee multiple official marketplace stores across Shopee and TikTok Shop, driving day-to-day operations and strong commercial performance from Bekasi.

You will develop annual to daily sales plans, manage campaigns, promotions, ads, live streams, and affiliate programs to maximize GMV, revenue, traffic, conversion, and profitability, while negotiating with platform managers and guiding the e-commerce team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing official marketplace stores/brands.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with account managers.
• Experience leading and coaching an e-commerce team.
• Target-driven with hands-on, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple official stores/brands across Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Develop and monitor sales plans across annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily horizons.
• Drive KPIs like GMV, revenue, orders, traffic, conversion, and profitability.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, vouchers, ads, live streams, and affiliate programs.
• Build relationships with Shopee and TikTok account managers for platform programs.
• Monitor dashboards and analyze drivers and issues across traffic, promos, ads, conversions, and sales.
• Lead the e-commerce team through delegation, coaching, performance reviews, and evaluation.
• Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and content align with brand requirements.
• Translate performance insights into action plans to accelerate growth.
