Job summary

Aoltop Global Indonesia is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online sales across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other digital channels in Jakarta. You will design strategies, optimize listings, pricing, and inventory while coordinating with marketing and customer service for seamless order fulfillment.

You will manage an e-commerce team, monitor performance, and report monthly results to HQ China and the General Manager, staying ahead of trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience (FMCG/personal care preferred).
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
• Proficiency with analytics and advertising tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to meet targets.
• Manage online marketplaces, and other digital sales channels (Shopee and TikTok Shop).
• Coordinate with marketing to plan and execute online promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze (account) traffic, sales data, and customer feedback.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory availability.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the e-commerce team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare monthly business reviews, reporting insights, and improvement plans.
• Communicate effectively with HQ China and General Manager regarding operations and strategy.
