Job summary

GGU:MEME seeks an experienced E-Commerce Manager to build its online channels from ground up in Jakarta. You will open official stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop, set up listings, campaigns, and budgets, and own performance metrics across online channels.

You will coordinate inventory with offline stores, manage external partners, and support live commerce back-office activities. Strong experience launching new stores and reporting results is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience running a seller center on Shopee and/or TikTok Shop.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG categories.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up official stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop, including Mall applications.
• Create and manage product listings with cosmetics compliance (BPOM numbers, ingredients, usage).
• Plan and run campaigns and promotions (11.11, 12.12, Payday).
• Manage Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads budgets and optimize ROAS.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate inventory between offline store and online channels.
• Manage external partners including online marketing agency and logistics providers.
• Support live commerce back-office setup (product and voucher).
