Responsibilities

• Handle delivery platform issues and appeals.
• Follow up on outstanding cases until resolved.
• Assist with day-to-day store operational matters.
• Respond to customer enquiries across social channels professionally.
• Follow up on unresolved enquiries and elevate complaints as needed.
• Collect staff availability weekly and follow up with staff.
• Assist with shift planning, manpower requirements, and coordinate replacements.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding for new hires.
• Prepare packing lists and packing team mailing sheets for orders from platforms.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock transfers between locations.
