Job summary

BruntWork is seeking an E-Commerce Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day fulfilment operations, ensuring orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered within agreed timelines and service levels.

The role focuses on order monitoring, vendor and store coordination, freight management, incident management, and fulfilment administration. You will work with the Digital Fulfilment Manager, vendors, stores, and freight providers to resolve issues and maintain operational accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce, retail, or dropship environments preferred.
• Experience coordinating freight, order fulfilment, or logistics activities.
• Experience liaising with vendors, stores, freight providers, or third-party partners.
• Experience managing operational tickets, incidents, documentation, and adjustments.
• Experience using order management, ticketing, or freight tracking systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders end-to-end and follow up with vendors and stores to ensure dispatch and delivery SLAs are met.
• Manage operations and fulfilment tickets, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and escalation of issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, stores, and freight providers regarding order updates, pickups, deliveries, delays, and exceptions.
• Track shipments and manage freight issues, including failed pickups, rebookings, replacement labels, damaged or missing freight.
• Check and maintain accurate freight labels, tracking details, order information, and operational records.
• Raise, manage, and track operational incidents through to resolution.
• Process credit notes, operational adjustments, and other fulfilment-related administration.
• Provide operational support to the Dropship team and Digital Fulfilment Manager.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps and contribute to improvements in operational efficiency.
• Ensure established processes, KPIs, SLAs, and service standards are consistently followed.
