Job summary

You will execute preventive and predictive maintenance, assist in qualifying new machines, and help manage spare parts while collaborating with engineering teams on NPI setups.

Qualifications

• Read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and drawings.
• Perform equipment installation, setup, repair and troubleshooting per specs.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, setup, repair, and troubleshooting activities according to technical specifications and safety procedures.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks as per schedule to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Assist in managing spare parts inventory, including stock level monitoring, usage tracking, and requests for replenishment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in qualifying new machines, tools, or New Product Introduction (NPI) setups.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply with all relevant QEHS regulations and standards in daily operations.
