Job summary

Zazzy’s Pizza in Bali is seeking a Daily Worker Commis to support the kitchen team with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

You will portion ingredients, assist with mise en place, and ensure ingredients are stored and handled properly, while helping during service and maintaining cleanliness.

If you have prior kitchen or F&B experience and are reliable, ready to work shifts including weekends and holidays, this role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Prepare and portion ingredients according to standards; assist with mise en place; ensure safe storage and handling of ingredients.
• Assist during service to keep preparation on track and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Assist with receiving, storing and organizing kitchen supplies; follow Chef or Kitchen Supervisor instructions.
