You'll lead multi-venue logistics, coordinate vendors and budgets, and collaborate with marketing to promote events. The role demands strong organization, stellar communication, and a hands-on approach to delivering flawless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with flawless execution of events.
• Budget management and vendor invoicing experience.
• Familiarity with event management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, including venue selection, menu planning, and coordinating all necessary equipment and vendors.
• Work with clients to determine objectives, preferences, and budgets, and provide recommendations and creative ideas.
• Ensure all event details are communicated and executed flawlessly, including on-site coordination during events.
• Manage event logistics, including room layouts, audiovisual and technical requirements, transportation and parking.
• Monitor event budgets, negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals, and process invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications to develop promotional materials and ensure events are marketed to attendees.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify opportunities for improvement.
