Job summary

AYANA Bali is seeking a highly organized Event Logistic Supervisor to manage equipment handling, venue setup, inventory control, and safe movement of materials across luxury event venues. You will coordinate with banquet, culinary, engineering, and event planners to ensure every setup aligns with BEO specifications and AYANA’s luxury standards, while maintaining peak operational readiness.

The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to lead logistics

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in event logistics or luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience in logistics or event setup.
• Proficient in Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics across venues and setups.
• Ensure ballroom layouts meet BEO specifications.
• Manage equipment inventory and handling.
