Qualifications

• Proven background in front office or hotel operations.
• Strong team management skills with ability to motivate staff and drive service excellence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; handle complaints professionally.
• Proficient in hotel PMS and familiar with standard operating procedures.
• Calm under pressure and responsive to changing priorities or schedules.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations: oversee front desk, staffing, room inventory, guest service, and policy compliance.
• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly interactions and prompt issue resolution.
• Assist across departments, providing coverage during breaks or high-volume periods.
• Monitor property safety, security, and service quality with timely follow-up.
• Provide regular updates and training to keep the team informed of hotel offerings.
• Track guest satisfaction metrics and identify trends for improvements.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and supportive leadership.
