Job summary

Lalamove is seeking an Operations Hub Specialist to manage offline presence and driver onboarding at our Jakarta hubs. You will drive recruitment, education, and branding efforts to support efficient on-site operations and a strong local footprint.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in operations, excellent communication, and proficiency with Google Sheets, and are willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta Selatan or Jakarta Barat.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a reputable university in operations management.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations department.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Google Sheets.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan (Kuningan) and/or Jakarta Barat (Daan Mogot) with full WFO.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities at the Hub, from offline presence acquisition to driver onboarding and education.
• Increase brand awareness by growing branded vehicles and related assets.
• Monitor daily driver operations support activities including calls and inventory distributions.
• Oversee offline presence inventory, procurement, and weekly stock checks.
• Support Large 4W driver acquisitions at Satellite Office.

What you’ll do:

• Manage all operational activities at the Hub, from offline presence acquisition (sticker & Lalabag), driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education
• Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
• Monitor daily activities of drivers operations support during calls, sticker installation, and driver attributes distributions
• In charge of the offline presence inventory (stock availability for sticker & Lalabag, procurement, weekly stock inventory)
• Help & support Large 4W driver acquisitions in the surrounding Satellite Office
• Work closely with Offline Presence Sr Associate and Lead Generation team
• Collaborate with driver quality team to make sure all drivers materials are accordingly based on our latest SOP
