Job summary

Lalamove in Jakarta is seeking a Driver Operations Associate to drive offline driver acquisition and support the driver ecosystem. You will design and implement programs, grow partnerships, and collaborate with Marketing and other teams to generate supply.

The role requires 2+ years in operations, strong communication in English, and hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint. You will lead day-to-day on-ground manpower and help achieve daily targets while expanding our driver network.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience from an operations background, preferably a startup or logistics company.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to champion new processes from plan to close.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience and familiarity with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement offline driver acquisition program and initiatives.
• Grow and continuously improve driver acquisition activities, using in-app driver referral program, driver acquisition affiliates, and relevant on-ground manpower.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to optimize paid and organic channels through developing campaigns, events and programs for generating supply.
• Explore more channels to increase Lalamove drivers awareness with the objective of attracting drivers.
• Collaborate with other divisions like driver onboarding, offline presence and driver management to achieve oversupply and higher transaction value.
• Lead and monitor day-to-day on-ground manpower, ensuring targets are met.

Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join as a Driver Operations Associate. You’ll be placed in the Driver Operations Department and responsible to generate more driver leads and report to the Driver Operations Manager.

• Lead and monitor day to day on-ground manpowers, ensure them to achieve their daily target.
