Job summary

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (Reswara Group) invites applications for a Senior Drilling & Blasting Supervisor in Kalimantan Tengah to lead blasting operations, ensure adherence to approved designs, plans, and safety standards. Requirements: Bachelors in Mining Engineering, 5+ years in coal mining, 2+ years in Drilling & Blasting supervision, POP certificate; KJL II is an advantage.

Strong leadership, analysis, and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years in coal mining.
• Minimum 2 years in Drilling & Blasting or related supervisory role.
• POP certificate (First-Line Operational Supervisor) is required.
• Blasting License (KJL II) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of blast design, explosives management, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in mining software and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drilling and blasting activities to ensure compliance with approved blast designs, operational plans, and company standards.
• Monitor drilling parameters, blast execution, and explosives usage to achieve optimal blasting performance.
• Evaluate blast results, including fragmentation quality, powder factor, coal loss, dilution, overbreak, and overall blast effectiveness.
• Ensure all drilling and blasting activities comply with Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) requirements, Good Mining Practice, and applicable mining regulations.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure operational targets, productivity, and quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with Mine Planning, Production, Geology, Survey, and HSE teams to support smooth mining operations.
• Identify operational issues and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance blasting efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and review operational reports, performance analyses, and improvement recommendations.
