Pengiklan Anonim in Indonesia is seeking a Field Geologist to conduct exploration activities, including geological mapping and sample collection, and to supervise drilling operations safely and efficiently.
The role requires interpreting drilling data, compiling results into comprehensive reports and databases, and preparing feasibility studies and mineral resource evaluations. You will maintain drilling equipment and work both independently and as part of a team.
Conduct exploration activities, including geological mapping and sample collection.
Supervise drilling activities to ensure they are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the established targets.
Interpret drilling data and provide recommendations for further exploration programs.
Be responsible for exploration activities, compiling exploration results, and preparing comprehensive exploration reports, including drilling databases and geological descriptions of drill core samples.
Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and mineral resource evaluations.
Ensure regular inspection and maintenance of drilling equipment.
Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Geology with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the mining industry and at least 1 year of experience in the same position.
Experience in limestone mining operations will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of mineral resource reporting standards (JORC, KCMI, and SNI) and QA/QC data validation principles.
Proficient in geological and mining software such as Agisoft, Surpac, Micromine, ArcGIS, and Leapfrog (preferred).
Possess a valid POP (First-Line Mining Operational Supervisor) certification.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
