Kadecons, an established architecture and construction company in Bali, seeks a dedicated MEP Drafter to join our project team. You will prepare MEP shop drawings, coordinate with Architectural and Structural teams, and support site measurements and updates to reflect actual conditions.

Candidates should have a D3/S1 in related field, at least 2 years in MEP drafting, and proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor\'s or equivalent for related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in MEP drafting within construction/building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is advantageous.
• Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.

Aufgaben

• Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop detailed drawings based on engineering designs and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural and Structural drawings.
• Identify and resolve drawing clashes and discrepancies.
• Revise drawings based on engineering, consultant, and site requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and update drawings according to actual conditions.
• Maintain drawing revisions, registers, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Site Teams, and subcontractors.
• Support the project team during construction and MEP installation works.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry and is ready to work in a dynamic project environment.
