Job summary

Balitecture is seeking a dedicated MEP Drafter in Bali to join our architecture and construction team. You will prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings, and coordinate with engineers and site teams.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage. You will read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, revise drawings per site conditions, and maintain documentation while working in a

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of MEP drafting experience, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of MEP disciplines (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to read and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
