Job summary

PT Kharisma Bayu Mandiri is seeking a Drafter for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) drawings at our Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta office. You will produce shop, detail, and as-built drawings using CAD tools and ensure drawings comply with project specifications.

The role requires 1–2 years of MEP drafting experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with BIM/MEP tools such as Revit; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Engineer, Supervisor, and field team to ensure drawings meet specs.
• Check for clashes between MEP routes and structural/architectural layouts.
• Prepare documents and drawing archives for project approvals.

Drafter Mechanical Elektrikal & plumbing

PT Kharisma Bayu Mandiri is opening a contract-based position for Drafter Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP). We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and experienced candidate to be placed at our office in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta. The candidate is responsible for creating and compiling working drawings (shop drawing, detail drawing, and as-built drawing) in accordance with project technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

Create and edit working drawings (Shop Drawing, Detail Drawing, and As-Built Drawing) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using CAD software.

Coordinate with Project Engineer, Supervisor, and field operational team to ensure drawing compliance.

Check and ensure no clashes (collisions) occur between MEP installation routes and structural/architectural routes.

Prepare documents and supporting drawing completeness for project approval submission purposes.

Compile, update, and manage project drawing archives/database in a structured manner.

About you

Willing to work under a Contract employment system.

Minimum education: SMK Teknik / D3 / S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Drafter MEP in construction/installation projects (Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome to apply).

Proficient in operating AutoCAD 2D & 3D (Required). Preferred to master Revit / BIM MEP or SketchUp (Added value).

Understanding of standard MEP technical symbols, schematic drawings (Single Line Diagram, Pipe Routes, HVAC, & Plumbing), and able to read architectural/structural drawings.

Detail-oriented with high attention to detail.

Willing to work at PT Kharisma Bayu Mandiri office (Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta).

Able to work independently and in a team and can meet project deadlines.
