Job summary

PT Kharisma Bayu Mandiri is seeking a Drafter for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) drawings at our Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta office. You will produce shop, detail, and as-built drawings using CAD tools and ensure drawings comply with project specifications.

The role requires 1–2 years of MEP drafting experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with BIM/MEP tools such as Revit; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Drafter MEP in construction/installation projects.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in operating AutoCAD 2D & 3D; familiarity with Revit/BIM MEP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit working drawings (Shop, Detail, As-Built) for ME P systems using CAD software.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer, Supervisor, and field team to ensure drawings meet specs.
• Check for clashes between MEP routes and structural/architectural layouts.
• Prepare documents and drawing archives for project approvals.
