Job summary

Balitecture is seeking a dedicated MEP Drafter in Bali to join our architecture and construction team. You will prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings, and coordinate with engineers and site teams.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage. You will read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, revise drawings per site conditions, and maintain documentation while working in a

Qualifications

D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of MEP drafting experience, preferably in construction.
Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage.
Strong understanding of MEP disciplines (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Ability to read and coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
Develop detailed drawings based on engineering designs and project requirements.
Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural and Structural drawings.
Identify and resolve drawing clashes and discrepancies.
Revise drawings based on engineering, consultant, and site requirements.
Conduct site measurements and update drawings according to actual conditions.
Maintain drawing revisions, registers, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Site Teams, and subcontractors.
Support the project team during construction and MEP installation works.
