Job summary

UNIT. Group, based in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking an MEP Drafter to join our project teams. The candidate will prepare and revise MEP drawings and layouts, coordinate with architectural and structural docs, and ensure accuracy under deadlines.

Requirements include a D3/S1 in engineering, 2–3 years’ experience, strong drafting skills in AutoCAD, and knowledge of MEP systems. Revit MEP/Navisworks experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a D3/S1 in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit MEP/Navisworks is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise MEP drawings according to project requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing layouts.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with Architectural and Structural drawings.
• Identify and resolve potential clashes between MEP and other disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on Engineer instructions and site conditions.
• Conduct site measurements when required and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and project teams.

Job description

Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter.

Proficient in AutoCAD.

Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Able to read and understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings.

Experienced in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Revit MEP / Navisworks experience is an advantage.

Experience in villa, hotel, residential, or building construction projects is preferred.

Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work under deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to work and coordinate directly with the project/site team.
