Job summary

PT ANUGRAH PURI PERTIWI is seeking a skilled Building Project Drafter to create and update shop drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP work on building projects. You will convert design drawings into detailed, field-executable working drawings and ensure coordination across disciplines.

You will revise drawings per meetings, site instructions, and design changes, verify dimensions on site when required, and produce accurate as-built drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a building project drafter.
• Must master AutoCAD 2D.
• Able to use SketchUp; Revit capability is an added value.
• Able to read design drawings, structural drawings, and MEP drawings.
• Experienced in creating shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Understand construction details, scales, and dimensional accuracy.

This role involves creating and updating shop drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP work on building projects. You will develop design drawings into detailed, field-executable working drawings, coordinate drawings across disciplines, and produce construction details and as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.

Key responsibilities

Create and update shop drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP work

Develop design drawings into detailed working drawings that can be executed in the field

Combine and check drawings across disciplines to avoid work conflicts

Create section details, floor plans, elevations, connection details, and other construction details

Revise drawings according to meeting results, site instructions, and design changes

Perform measurements or verify dimensions at the project site if required

Organize and archive drawing revisions systematically

Create as-built drawings based on actual completed work

Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, QS, contractors, consultants, and site team

Check drawing compliance with actual site conditions

About you

Minimum 2 years experience as a building project drafter

Must master AutoCAD 2D

Able to use SketchUp; Revit capability is an added value

Able to read design drawings, structural drawings, and MEP drawings

Experienced in creating shop drawings and as-built drawings

Able to create architectural detail drawings, structural details, and MEP/utilities coordination

Understand technical drawing standards, scale, dimensions, elevations, and construction details

Able to revise drawings quickly based on direction from Project Manager, consultants, and site conditions

Meticulous, disciplined, communicative, and able to work to targets
