PT. Precision Pipe Indonesia is seeking a Detail-Oriented Document Controller to manage company and project documentation. You will register, file, distribute, and maintain records ensuring proper numbering, revisions, and control of documents.
Maintain the Master Document List and archive both hardcopy and electronic records for audits. The role requires 1–2 years in document control or similar admin work, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and familiarity with ISO 9001/QMS.
This role involves managing, maintaining, and controlling company and project documentation in accordance with established procedures. You will ensure all documents are properly registered, filed, distributed, and maintained, with control over document numbering, revisions, approval status, and distribution records. The position requires ensuring that only the latest approved versions of documents are available for use, maintaining the Document Register / Master Document List, and performing document filing and archiving for both hardcopy and electronic records.
Manage, maintain, and control company and project documentation in accordance with established procedures
Ensure all documents are properly registered, filed, distributed, and maintained
Control document numbering, revisions, approval status, and distribution records
Ensure that only the latest approved versions of documents are available for use
Maintain and regularly update the Document Register / Master Document List
Perform document filing and archiving for both hardcopy and electronic records
Coordinate the issuance, distribution, retrieval, and revision of controlled documents
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure documents are complete, accurate, and properly controlled
Support QA/QC, Engineering, Production, HSE, and other departments in managing documentation
Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Document Control or a similar administrative role
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, oil & gas, or piping industries is highly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
Good understanding of document control systems, revision control, document numbering, and document filing
Familiarity with ISO 9001 / Quality Management System (QMS) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Able to manage multiple documents and priorities while meeting deadlines
