Papua Paradise Eco Resort & Gangga Divers in Raja Ampat seeks a Dive Center Manager to lead our PADI 5 Star dive operation. The role collaborates with the Resort Manager to run day-to-day activities, boats, and guest experiences in a remote island setting.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in the dive industry, 2+ years in management, and holds PADI MSDT or OWSI with Nitrox/Deep. Expect a dynamic, guest-focused workplace with conservation values and long hours in a stunning location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in dive industry with 2+ years managing a busy dive operation in remote environments.
• Active PADI MSDT or OWSI with Nitrox and Deep specialties.
• Strong leadership, organizational and people-management skills.
• Proven team-builder with ability to develop high-performing staff.
• Experience living in remote environments and managing guest relations.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dive center operations, boats, equipment and excursions.
• Lead and develop the dive operations team to deliver safe, sustainable, and profitable experiences.
• Ensure adherence to PADI standards and guest safety.
• Collaborate with Resort Manager on strategic goals.
• Engage with guests to create tailored experiences and conservation messaging.
