Job summary

ScubaSpa ZEN is a premium liveaboard dive and spa operation in Indonesia seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily operations of two luxury vessels, ZEN and DHONI.

You will supervise vessel and shore operations, ensure guest service and safety, manage supplies, maintenance, permits, and report to the Director on budgets and performance.

Minimum 3 years in liveaboard; at least 2 years in a management role.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the liveaboard industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role.
