Qualifications

• Proven experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality management.
• Preferable experience in boutique, luxury, or remote properties.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Must be willing to live on-site in a remote island location.
• Hands-on, proactive and willing to support the team in all areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and service standards across a boutique environment.
• Manage daily operations including housekeeping, front office, F&B, activities and maintenance.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, daily briefings, and inter-department communication.
• Maintain high operational efficiency in remote-location logistics and staffing.
• Lead a small, diverse team with empathy and clear communication.
• Train and mentor local staff to build hospitality skills and cultural collaboration.
• Foster a respectful work culture and ensure service aligns with the resort's boutique vision.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and suppliers.
