Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a Distribution Planning Specialist to optimize service levels across DC/NDC networks in Jakarta. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Parama, to drive improvements in distribution and inventory management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of distribution planning or logistics experience, with strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Distribution Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer-focused with attention to service level and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service level performance.
• Monitor casefill performance, analyze gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate customer order fulfillment using relevant systems and tools.
• Analyze and optimize distribution planning, including shipment planning to DC/RDC.
• Manage baseline and inventory models across DCs and NDCs, including NPD.
• Coordinate phase-in and phase-out processes to ensure inventory availability.
