You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, manage attendance, administer tests, and collaborate with staff to keep classes running smoothly. A passion for professional development and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, ESL/EFL preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor other teachers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to students of various ages; up to 25 hours per week.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons; develop engaging plans.
• Provide feedback and monitor student progress; provide regular reports.
• Maintain attendance, progress, and performance records.
• Prepare tests, quizzes, and assessments; administer as needed.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth class operations and schedules.
• Mentor freelance teachers on lesson planning and classroom management.
• Observe freelance teachers and provide actionable feedback.
