Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead project teams and coordinate activities to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues and ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members to foster collaboration and maximize performance.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.
