Job summary

Haier Sales Indonesia (AQUA Elektronik) is seeking a Head of Strategy Operations to oversee the development and optimization of corporate planning, policy management, and key projects from the North Jakarta head office. You will provide strategic insights to business heads and work with process owners across regions to drive decisive actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in strategy operations or corporate strategy.
• Understanding of sales processes in electronics industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams; ability to present complex information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
• Independent and team leadership capabilities; adaptable to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize operational frameworks including strategic planning, SOP, ISO and policy management.
• Provide strategic insights to Business Heads and support decision-making.
• Develop expertise in the assigned Strategic Business Unit to guide managers on high-impact projects.
• Conduct competitive research across sales, marketing, channel, product, and service strategies.
• Lead annual company strategy formulation and coordinate department-level strategic planning.
• Drive execution of corporate-level initiatives through collaboration with business managers.
• Spearhead implementation of corporate planning processes and performance monitoring.
• Strengthen business continuity and risk management through unified planning frameworks.
