Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia seeks a Senior Strategy & Operations Leader to drive corporate planning, policy management, and KPI execution from North Jakarta Head Office. You will partner with business heads and guide SBUs on high-impact projects across the org.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 7+ years in strategy/ops, and strong Excel/project management skills. English and Mandarin are advantageous for regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy operations, corporate strategy or business analysis.
• Understanding of sales processes in electronics industry is a must.
• Strong English and Mandarin language skills preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and project management tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented with strategic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize strategic planning, SOPs, ISO and policy management.
• Provide strategic insights to Business Heads to support decision-making.
• Lead the assigned SBU to guide managers on high-impact projects.
• Conduct competitive research across sales, marketing, product, and services.
• Align departmental initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
• Drive annual strategy development and cross-department planning.
• Coordinate corporate planning, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Strengthen risk management through unified planning frameworks.
