Pt Surya Kitama Indonesia, a leading hospitality group in Makassar, seeks a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead HR across multiple properties. You will shape talent strategy, drive engagement, and align HR initiatives with business objectives within a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR, with senior leadership in hospitality, expertise in talent management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with 5+ in senior leadership.
• Experience in hospitality industry highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition including hiring processes for multiple properties.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures and policy application.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Implement performance management systems and leadership development.
• Oversee payroll, HRIS and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
• Foster diversity, inclusion and a positive organizational culture.
• Advise senior management on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices.
