Job summary

Renewable Energy Partners, Inc. seeks a dynamic Training Program Director to lead the next phase of energy and climate skills training at REP’s Minneapolis facility. You will manage daily operations, coordinate programs, and build partnerships to secure funding and expand course offerings.

The role includes back-office support and integration with a 20-person REP team, with funding through 2027 and potential for growth as resources allow.

Qualifications

• Administrative and program management experience.
• Commitment to student success through support services and placement.
• Ability to network and build partnerships for training ecosystems.
• Self-directed leader with experience in work plans and metrics.
• Experience with fundraising, grants, and building relationships with funders.
