Job summary

Etrama Energy is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering and project activities across EPCC solar initiatives. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and full documentation compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2+ years in project engineering or coordination, with IPM certification preferred. Willing to be placed at various project sites, including out-of-town locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, project management, or coordination.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, EPC, Construction, or related industries is preferred.
• Experience in managing or supporting engineering and project execution activities.
• Knowledge of project planning, engineering coordination, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to meet schedule, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and project execution with internal and external teams.
• Review project requirements, technical docs, material needs, and progress.
• Support site activities, tech problem-solving, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure execution complies with engineering standards, safety, and company procedures.
